Level 4 is confirmed to be in the game, it will be an OPEN WORLD LEVEL it maybe sound strange, but trust me, it's gonna be fun.

The idea I have of an OPEN WORLD LEVEL is that you will need to go everywhere on the level, for example, at end of the level you need to go to the start of the level to end, that's an example, but you get the idea.
